01. The Scene
Jacob was running away, guilty and alone, sleeping on a rock. He dreamed of a ladder touching heaven. He woke up trembling: "Surely the LORD is in this place, and I did not know it."
"And he was afraid and said, "How awesome is this place! This is none other than the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven.""
02. The Essence
The Fear of the Lord comes from surprise. Jacob thought he was in a cursed place, but he was at the "Gate of Heaven". Fear is realizing the common is sacred. God isn't just in church; He is on the hard rock where you sleep.
03. My Voice
Think you are alone? Wake up: God is there. Your crisis might be the address of visitation. Have fear. Rename your hard place Bethel. Grace descends in the lowest places.
