01. The Scene
Babylon's king ordered everyone to bow to a statue or burn. Three Hebrew youths stood tall. Their response defines courage: "Our God is able to deliver us... but if not, we will not serve your gods."
"But if not, be it known to you, O king, that we will not serve your gods or worship the golden image that you have set up."
02. The Essence
This is the acid test of worship. It's easy to worship when safe. True worship stands even when deliverance doesn't come. "But if not" is the highest level of loyalty: I love You even if it kills me.
03. My Voice
Does your worship have conditions? ("God, I praise You *if*..."). Remove the "if". Decide to worship before knowing the outcome. Enter the furnace with praise, and you'll find the Fourth Man walking with you.
