02. The Essence
Crucial detail: "and gave thanks before his God, as he had done previously." He didn't start praying because of the crisis; he *continued* despite it. Gratitude was a rooted habit, not a reaction to danger.
03. My Voice
Does your gratitude depend on the news? Daniel's faith was solid because it was disciplined ("three times a day"). Build a routine of thanks. When gratitude is a habit, the lions' den cannot shut your mouth.
