Supper in Chaos

Acts 27:33-36
Listen

01. The Scene

Paul was in a shipwreck storm for 14 days. Hope was gone. Amidst the chaos, Paul took bread, and "in presence of all he gave thanks to God, and broke it and began to eat."

"And when he had said these things, he took bread, and giving thanks to God in the presence of all he broke it and began to eat."

02. The Essence

Paul's gratitude broke the panic. He didn't wait for calm waters. This simple act of faith brought courage ("they were all encouraged"). Gratitude in crisis is an anchor stabilizing your soul and those around you.

03. My Voice

Is your ship sinking? Don't wait for calm. Take the "bread" you have today and give thanks. Public gratitude amidst chaos testifies that your God is bigger than the storm.
