01. The Scene
Paul had a "thorn in the flesh". He pleaded three times for removal. God's answer was a "No" wrapped in grace: "My grace is sufficient." Paul shifted from lamenting the pain to thanking God for it.
"For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses... for when I am weak, then I am strong."
02. The Essence
He wrote: "I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses." Human weakness is the perfect stage for divine power. Self-sufficiency blocks glory; dependence releases it. Thanking for the "thorn" acknowledges it as a protective gift.
03. My Voice
Is there something God won't remove? A limitation? Change your prayer. Instead of "Remove this", say "Thank You that this makes me depend on You." Gratitude in weakness turns weights into wings. When we are weak, we are strong.
