01. The Scene
Joseph finds Mary pregnant. He plans to leave her quietly. An angel commands: "Do not fear to take Mary... that which is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit."
"When Joseph woke from sleep, he did as the angel of the Lord commanded him: he took his wife."
02. The Essence
Joseph's obedience cost his reputation. By marrying her, he took the social shame. Joseph never speaks in the Bible; he just obeys. "He did as the angel commanded." Deep obedience is often silent and misunderstood.
03. My Voice
Willing to obey even if it hurts your image? Joseph protected God's plan (Jesus) with his own honor. Sometimes God asks us to swallow shame and do right, trusting He is our defense.
