01. The Scene
God tells Ananias to go find Saul of Tarsus. Ananias trembled. Saul was the "boogeyman", the killer of Christians. Ananias argued: "Lord, I have heard how much evil he has done."
"But the Lord said to him, "Go, for he is a chosen instrument of mine to carry my name before the Gentiles and kings and the children of Israel.""
02. The Essence
God insists: "Go, for he is a chosen instrument of mine." True Obedience overcomes self-preservation. Ananias went. He laid hands on his enemy and said: "Brother Saul." His obedience turned the persecutor into the Apostle Paul.
03. My Voice
Is God sending you to someone you fear or despise? Your obedience might be the key to their healing. Overcome fear and prejudice. Say "Yes". On the other side of your obedience, a "chosen instrument" is waiting.
