Be Still

Amidst shaking mountains, God commands: "Be still, and know that I am God." "Be still" means "drop your hands" or "let go".

The mechanic is Surrender of Control. You can't know God while running frantically. Deep knowledge requires pausing. Drop the problems. Lower your hands.

Are your fists clenched? The principle says: let go. Relax. When you stop fighting, you realize God is in charge. Stillness is the classroom of sovereignty.
