01. The Law
Elijah was burnt out, asking to die. God didn't preach; He gave food and sleep. "Arise and eat." He ate and slept again. God treated the body to heal the soul.
"Arise and eat, for the journey is too great for you."
02. The Mechanics
The mechanic is Biological. We are dust. Sometimes the issue isn't spiritual, but physical. God respects body limits. Rest restores spiritual clarity.
03. The Application
Depressed or just exhausted? Don't spiritualize fatigue. Eat, sleep. "On the strength of that food" Elijah walked 40 days. Rest is fuel for purpose.
