01. The Law
Elijah prophesied drought. God sent him to the brook Cherith. "You shall drink from the brook, and I have commanded the ravens to feed you." Elijah didn't work; he rested.
"The ravens brought him bread and meat in the morning... and he drank from the brook."
02. The Mechanics
The mechanic is External Source. Ravens are selfish, but God broke their instinct to serve the one resting. When we stop fighting for survival and obey God's call to "hide", He mobilizes nature to serve us.
03. The Application
Tired of fighting for bread? Sometimes God calls us to "Cherith". Your job there is to rest and trust. God has "ravens" (unexpected resources) ready, but they only deliver to the address of obedience.
