01. The Law
Honor means "to assign value or weight". Dishonor is treating the sacred as common. The principle: "Those who honor me I will honor." Honor isn't flattery; it's recognizing who someone is. Honor a prophet, receive a prophet's reward.
"Far be it from me, for those who honor me I will honor, and those who despise me shall be lightly esteemed."
02. The Mechanics
Honor is magnetic. It attracts what the honored person carries. If you honor wisdom, wisdom flows to you. Dishonor cuts the flow. Dishonor blocks access; honor opens doors that talent cannot.
03. The Application
Who are you treating as "common"? Parents? Spouse? Leaders? Today's culture celebrates irreverence, but the Kingdom runs on honor. Decide to "weigh" people correctly. Speak well, serve, respect.
