01. The Law
Culture says: "My body, my rules." Bible says: "You are not your own, for you were bought with a price." Your body is real estate leased by the Holy Spirit. You are the caretaker.
"Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you... You are not your own?"
02. The Mechanics
The mechanic involves Maintenance and Holiness. Diet, sleep, and sexuality are spiritual issues. Destroying the body (addiction, gluttony, immorality) is vandalizing God's house. If the vehicle breaks, the mission stops.
03. The Application
Are you caring for the Temple? Spirituality that ignores physical health is incomplete. Glorify God in your body by respecting biological limits and fleeing impurity. Care for the "house" so the Guest can work through you.
