There was a leadership dispute. God told leaders to bring dry staffs. The next day, Aaron's staff had not only sprouted but produced blossoms and ripe almonds.
"And behold, the staff of Aaron... had sprouted and put forth buds and produced blossoms, and it bore ripe almonds."
02. The Mechanics
The mechanic of true authority is Life. God chose the only staff that bore fruit. Spiritual authority isn't imposed by titles; it manifests by generating life where there was death. Where there is fruit, there is God's approval.
03. The Application
Are you fighting for a position? Stop fighting and start bearing fruit. True leadership is evidenced by the life flowing from you. If your work produces "almonds" (feeding others), your authority will be naturally recognized.
