01. The Law
Moses felt incapable. God asked: "What is that in your hand?" Just a shepherd's staff. God said: "Throw it on the ground." Released, it became power. Picked up, it became the "Staff of God".

02. The Mechanics
The mechanic is Consecrating the Common. Authority comes from surrendering what you already have. The staff was Moses' job. In his hand, just wood; in God's, it split the Red Sea.
03. The Application
Waiting for "more authority"? God asks: what is in your hand today? A talent, a job? Use it. Spiritual authority activates when we use common tools for divine purposes. Raise your staff.
